Malakahari

Imagine 1000 Young People between the ages of 18 and 25.
Half the beach covered with solar photovoltaic film to turn the Sun's radiant energy into usable electrical energy. The other half covered by volleyball courts, bocce ball courses, media centers, concerts, biking/running/rollerbrading trails, bikinis and surf shorts, surfers, wakeboarders, food and water stands, and raised shelter gardens. The rest of our energy shall come from desalinizing ocean energy generators and thermoelectric potentials.

Everyone rides ENT (Electric Networked Transportation) to get to and fro. Everyone wears a EBID (Evolving Body Interaction Device) on their person, for personal health and pharmaceuticals. Everyone has a ECID (Evolving Converging Information Device) for all information.
